Kim Ng has taken over as general manager at the Miami Marlins, a Major League Baseball club.
The girl is also the first general manager of Asian-American descent in the history of the league.
Ng began her career in Major League Baseball in 1990. She previously worked for the Chicago White Sox, New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers.
