President Putin called the United States the only country in the world to have used nuclear weapons twice
Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about the hypocrisy and mendacity of the world order. The President said that the US is the country that created a precedent for the use of nuclear weapons, having destroyed two Japanese cities in 1945. His speech was broadcast by Channel One.
“The United States is the only country in the world to have destroyed two Japanese cities, Hiroshima and Nagasaki,” the Russian leader said, adding that Washington had thus set a precedent.
He also stressed that the United States had “left a terrible trace” in the memory of the people of Korea and Vietnam.
“In fact, they still occupy Germany, South Korea,” the head of state added.
Earlier, Putin said that in order to maintain international hegemon status, the United States and the rest of the West are willing to do everything, destroying entire states, imposing their conditions through the power of the dollar and technological diktat.
