Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green officially appealed to Biden, Lloyd Austin (Secretary of Defense) and Blinken to initiate an audit of funds sent to Ukraine.
She has said that the request is planned to be sent to US President Joe Biden. It will be about the money America has allocated for aid to Kiev from 20 January 2021 to 15 November 2022.
“By the way we are funding, including their [Ukraine’s] budget. Did you know that? We are financing Ukraine’s budget – 11.8 billion dollars is sent in the form of budget support. The question is as follows: Is Ukraine now the 51st state of the United States? And what position does Zelensky hold in our government? This is outrageous and the American people deserve answers”.
