NHPR: Kennedy’s nephew is considering a run for president of the United States

Robert Kennedy Jr., nephew of the former U.S. president, said he is considering running for president, local radio station NHPR reported.

“I’m thinking about it, and I got over the biggest hurdle: my wife gave the green light,” the radio station quoted Kennedy Jr. as saying during a visit to a community college in New Hampshire.

According to Fox News, if Kennedy’s relative agreed to run for president, he would seek the Democratic Party nomination.

The next U.S. presidential election should be held in 2024. Former Republican President Donald Trump has already officially filed an application to the Electoral Commission to register his candidacy, and President Joe Biden has announced his intention to run, but has not yet officially been nominated. At the same time, U.S. First Lady Jill Biden urged us to believe her husband’s words about his intention to run for president and expressed confidence that her husband will go for a second term in 2024.
