A black bear broke into a sweet shop in Connecticut, scaring workers before eating 60 cupcakes and running off, the Associated Press reported.
The incident took place in the town of Avon as the warehouse was being loaded for a later delivery of confectionery.
“A hungry black bear broke into a sweet shop in Connecticut, startled several workers and ate 60 cupcakes before running away,” the publication said.
Some time later, employees managed to scare the animal away with the sound of a car horn. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
