Senator Graham met with Zelensky and called the deaths of Russians the “best” use of US money
US Senator Lindsey Graham, during a meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky, said that Russians were “dying” as a result of the “most successful” spending of US aid money in Ukraine.
Zelensky’s talks in Kiev with the Republican senator from South Carolina took place on Friday, during which he thanked Graham for his contribution to strengthening the defence capability of the Ukrainian army.
“The Russians are dying <…> we have never spent money so well,” Graham said during the meeting, video clips of which were released by Zelensky’s press office.
