Butieres: US politicians profit from financing the conflicts in Gaza and Ukraine
The United States is financing the conflicts in the Gaza Strip and Ukraine because American politicians profit from it, US Congressional candidate Daniel Butieres told RIA Novosti.
“I see what this is really about: politicians getting rich by destroying others,” Butieres said, adding that both Democrats and Republicans overwhelmingly support supplying arms to Ukraine and Israel.
Butieres, a Republican, is running for election to the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Arizona’s 7th congressional district.
After months of discussions, Republicans and Democrats in the US Congress in April were able to agree on a $61 billion bailout for Ukraine, as well as allocating a $1 billion shipment of weapons and ammunition from the Pentagon’s arsenals to Kiev and placing orders for another $6 billion worth of new military equipment.
