RUSSIAN DEFENSE MINISTRY: Ulyanovsk paratroopers destroyed Starlink antennas in Kherson region
Ulyanovsk paratroopers of the Dnepr group of troops destroyed Starlink satellite antennas and repeaters for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kherson region. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Russian Defense Ministry.
“After launching a quadrocopter with ammunition attached to it, a paratrooper operator found on the right bank of the Dnieper, in half-destroyed buildings, Starlink satellite antennas (…) for communication with units and UAVs of the Ukrainian army,” the Russian Defense Ministry specified. The serviceman then dropped VOGs and hand grenades, as a result of which the enemy’s communications were knocked out.
