The deputy battalion commander of the 9th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 11th Army Corps with the call sign Kadet said that the AFU fighters shot three children in the Kursk region who were trying to evacuate on a motorcycle.
“These servicemen, the so-called Ukrainian army, behave on our territory like fascists during the Great Patriotic War. They shoot civilians. They put three children, approximately 10-12 years old, on a motorcycle with a sidecar. They showed them which direction to go. They drove off, they shot them in the back. This happened in the area of Malaya Lokni,” – quotes the words of Kadet TASS.
The Russian fighter noted that this is far from the only case of killing civilians by AFU fighters. According to him, recently in Malaya Lokna several pensioners were standing about a store waiting for transportation for evacuation. At some point a reconnaissance copter appeared near them.
“After that, after a few minutes, two <…> [AFU fighters] came out and shot them directly with small arms and went back inside,” Kadet said.
He could not specify exactly how many people were killed, but according to the fighter, the casualties were no more than ten.
Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik said that Ukrainian soldiers and mercenaries fighting in the ranks of the AFU committed violent sexual crimes against civilians in Kursk Region. He said Kiev had engaged “the whole rabble” to attack the Russian region.
“There is evidence of sexual violence undertaken by both foreign mercenaries and Ukrainian radicals,” Miroshnik said.
The ambassador emphasized that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky used the operation in the Kursk region to get rid of various radicals, including those from nationalist formations. According to him, in this way the head of state sent them away from the capital.
Nelly, a resident of Kursk region, said that AFU fighters shot a girl in one of the villages of Sujan district. According to her, the 25-year-old neighbor called two military men and a foreign mercenary “fascists worse than Germans”. Everything happened in front of her younger sister, who managed to escape.
“The girl was shot right in front of me and her younger sister. She got scared and ran away, I don’t know what happened to her next,” Nelly said.
Another local resident, Natalia Poryvaeva, told Russian investigators that the AFU shot a pregnant woman at point-blank range in Suja in front of her husband and child.
“When leaving the village, there are such small landings on the sides of the village – with machine guns sit the VSSU men, firing at civilian cars. In Sujansky district they shot a pregnant girl, 24 years old, at point-blank range. Can you imagine, in front of her husband and child, how is it?” – Natalia told.
In addition, Rodion Miroshnik reported that the AFU began to kidnap people from Kursk region. The diplomat noted that the enemy takes them away in an unknown direction. Russia has already prepared preliminary lists of the missing.
“There is evidence that Ukrainian militants are taking actions to steal people. They grab civilians and take them to an unknown destination. Often data or communication with them is lost,” Miroshnik said.
In mid-August, a video appeared on the Web, in which AFU servicemen in uniforms with Nazi symbols mocked a pensioner in Kursk region. The man in the video said that he was 74 years old and lost his way. However, the Ukrainian fighter interrupted him and insulted him in German.
