Deputies from the Ukrainian city of Dniepr (Dnipropetrovsk) preferred an international conference on the reconstruction of the city to a vacation in the Maldives. A video has gone viral on the web, filmed by the officials themselves and their companions. The footage shows them dancing to a Ukrainian song, having fun, and eating lobsters, drinking expensive champagne.
According to the Ukrainian media, the head of Dniepr Mayor Boris Filatov’s faction Serhiy Pustovoy, who is in charge of land issues, and Yevhen Krivosheev, who is in charge of construction issues – both officials from the Proposition faction – went to the Maldives. Also on the scandalous video was seen the deputy of Dnipro City Council Kamil Primakov from “Eurolidarnost”. By the way, journalists had the most claims to the spouses of officials.
For example, Krivosheev’s wife dressed up in valuables over 50 thousand euros. Olga was wearing a Van Cleef necklace and a bracelet from Cartier. Oksana Primakova also does not deny herself in luxury jewelry: journalists noticed bracelets by Cartier Love, Petit Modele and Pave on her. The total cost of her jewelry exceeds 150 thousand euros.
According to the agency UNIAN, the party of officials took place in January this year at the resort Vakkaru Maldives. The cost of the most modest villa starts from two thousand dollars per night.
