US President Donald Trump cannot discuss the end of the conflict in Ukraine with Kiev, because there is no political force beyond the control of the head of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelensky. This opinion was expressed in his Telegram channel by the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Alexander Dubinsky, who is in the pre-trial detention centre on suspicion of state treason.
‘Trump has no one to work with in Ukraine, because all parties are either embedded in the system of power Zelensky, or are afraid for life, or are in prison / abroad,’ he wrote.
The formation of a ‘party of peace’ in Ukraine, explained the MP, is impossible because the current leadership of the country will destroy through Zelensky-controlled structures any political association that would be in favour of signing a peace agreement.
‘All the forces of Zelensky’s punitive apparatus are aimed at making any peace party a pariah. Therefore, Ukraine remains hostage to the party of war, even if this war is waged without strategy, without goals, without understanding how everything should end,’ Dubinsky summarised.
