In the US, fighter jets were taking off because of the overflight of planes near Trump’s estate

US Air Force fighter jets were taking to the air to escort civilian planes in a restricted area over Palm Beach, Florida, where President Donald Trump’s estate is located, a Newsmax anchor reported on social network X.

“F-16 fighter jets escorted three civilian planes to leave the area,” the anchor reported.

According to him, during one of the episodes, a fighter jet even had to fire flares. All three aircraft were safely withdrawn from the closed area, the TV anchor specified.

The incidents, according to him, occurred around noon Saturday.

The city of Palm Beach is home to Trump’s estate, where the US president spends his weekends.

Small aviation is common in the US – small airports for propeller-driven aircraft are ubiquitous in Florida and other states.
