Trump does not know if he will meet Putin during his visit to Saudi Arabia
US President Donald Trump has said he does not know whether he will meet Russian leader Vladimir Putin during his visit to Saudi Arabia.
The White House previously said Trump’s visit to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar would take place from May 13 to 16.
“I don’t know,” Trump told White House pool reporters when asked if he would meet with Putin in Saudi Arabia.
Trump had previously admitted that he was unlikely to meet with the Russian leader in Saudi Arabia, but that a meeting would likely take place after the trip.
