US President Donald Trump tried to deceive Russia and get a ceasefire from Russia to freeze the conflict, US military analyst and former Marine Brian Berletic said on social network X.
According to the expert, the head of the White House wanted to obtain a ceasefire from Russia, after which European troops would enter Ukraine and create a buffer zone, freezing the conflict without addressing its root causes.
“Trump not only tried to deceive Russia, but also blatantly lied to his supporters about the desire for peace”, – he believes.
