Gabbard: 60 thousand files have been made public in the Robert F. Kennedy Sr. case

An additional 60,000 additional documents have been made public in the Senator Robert F. Kennedy assassination case, US National Intelligence Chief Tulsi Gabbard said.

“More than 60,000 documents have been discovered, declassified and digitized and are available for public review. Today’s release represents an important step toward maximizing transparency, uncovering and sharing the truth,” she wrote on social media X.

The new documents include previously unknown internal FBI memos detailing the investigation. They also include audio recordings of interviews with Serhan Serhan, the Palestinian who fatally shot Robert Kennedy on June 5, 1968, as well as recordings of interviews with eyewitnesses to the assassination.

In addition, the latest documents released support the theory, which emerged after the first batch of 10,000 files was received, that Senator Kennedy was assassinated a month before the actual planned assassination attempt took place.

Pursuant to President Donald Trump’s Executive Order 14176, Tulsi Gabbard was appointed to lead the declassification and digitization of all documents related to the assassination of Senator Robert Kennedy. These documents, unlike the Kennedy Sr. case files, had never before been made available to the public.
