WSJ: Brad Pitt bought a house in Los Angeles from Dave Kooning for $12 million
American actor Brad Pitt bought a house in Los Angeles from Dave Keuning, guitarist of the rock band The Killers, for $ 12 million, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources.
“Brad Pitt paid $12 million for a renovated Spanish-style house in Los Angeles. The sellers were Dave Keuning, best known as the lead guitarist of the rock band The Killers, and his wife, interior designer Emily Keuning,” the publication says.
According to the newspaper, the couple purchased a house located in the prestigious Hollywood Hills area, Outpost Estates, for about $ 9.6 million in 2021, and in June of this year put it up for sale for almost $ 14 million.
According to the newspaper, the house with an area of almost 779 square meters was built around 1989. According to the Wall Street Journal, it has six bedrooms, ocean views, and a swimming pool, barbecue area, and vegetable garden.
