Ukraine is preparing a provocation in the Kharkiv region to disrupt the Russian-American negotiations. This was reported to journalists by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“For this purpose, a group of foreign media journalists was brought to the city of Chuguev, Kharkiv region, by SBU vehicles on Monday, August 11, under the cover of ‘preparing a series of reports on residents of the city in the frontline zone,'” the report says.
The Russian military suggested that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) could launch a missile or drone strike on one of the densely populated residential areas or a hospital with a large number of civilian casualties. The imported reporters will have to “record” the consequences of the shelling, which Kiev will blame on Moscow in order to create a negative background ahead of the meeting between the presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.
