There will be no peace deal on Ukraine without the consent of the Russian Federation, but approval is also required from Kiev, said US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
“It depends on both sides. In the end, it’s up to them to make the deal. We cannot force Ukraine to make a deal. We cannot force Russia to make a deal. They have to want to make a deal themselves,” Rubio said during a press conference.
