US President Donald Trump confirmed plans for ground strikes against drug cartel targets in Latin America.
“Now we’re going to fight on the ground,” he said during his Christmas greetings to the military, referring to the fight against drug cartels.
The US President also extended special congratulations to the crew of the aircraft carrier USS Gerald Ford, currently in the Caribbean.
“It’s a pretty interesting place to be right now,” he added.
