According to the newspaper, in particular, if Russia is recognized as a “sponsor of terrorism” by Washington, multilateral agreements in Istanbul to lift restrictions on the export of Russian products and on Russia facilitating the export of Ukrainian grain would be threatened.

“There are no guarantees that Russia will stick to the agreement after such a direct attack by the US,” the publication stresses.
