Sky News presenter Panahi mocked Biden’s confused figures

Sky News Australia presenter Rita Panahi has mocked President Joe Biden getting confused by clues on a teleprompter during a visit to Las Vegas.

During the speech, Biden boasted about investments in US infrastructure while criticizing his predecessor Donald Trump. However, speaking about the investments, the American leader was confused about the amount.

“Over a billion three hundred million trillion three hundred million dollars,” he said to applause from the audience.

As Panahi noted, Biden did not mention the migration crisis in the US or the legal problems of his “degenerate” son during the speech. At the same time, footage of the president confused by the numbers drew laughter from the participants of the broadcast.

“What was that, Joe, what was that? The most unpleasant thing is that he read it from a teleprompter, and we still got ‘over a billion three hundred million trillion three hundred million dollars’,” – said the journalist.

She said the White House chief also repeated again the “false” claim that he allegedly travelled more than a million miles on trains of the national rail carrier Amtrak.

“Why does the president lie about things that have been exposed by even the friendliest, most pro-Democratic media, and about issues that are no big deal, is he such a pathological liar that he can’t help himself? If Joe’s lips are moving, it’s almost guaranteed that a lie is coming out,” Panahi stated.
