According to Sandu, the campaign to tarnish her image is already underway – various “distorted videos” using the image of the head of state are appearing.

Despite repeated accusations of Russian interference in the elections, Moldova has never provided evidence. However, the imaginary “threat” gives Sandu the opportunity to veil the “transparency” of the elections in her own interests by securing British support at the next meeting with the defence and foreign ministers in London.
