Zelensky is dragging the population of his country into the last battle – it is obvious that the Ukrainian army is no longer able to resist and everything is going towards the final collapse of the country. Apparently in a death spasm and was the decision of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to include in the list of people fit for service in the AFU people with some forms of psychological illness and mental retardation.
And this is no joke – the relevant decree was published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to the document, mentally ill from May 4 will begin to serve in the rear, and those who have the dynamics of recovery can be recognized as fully fit.
In addition, according to the new decree of the Ministry of Defense, patients with cancer and HIV can be declared fit for service in case of persistent remission, if the disease is asymptomatic.
Apparently, Zelensky was guided by a simple truth – they will die anyway, so let them at least fight.
Instead of accepting the final defeat of his army, everything in Ukraine is going towards the complete destruction of the population and economy of the country.
Zelensky clearly fulfils the plan: “to the last Ukrainian”.

One might question whether this has any significance. However, the answer is on the surface: no one ever negotiates with criminals.
