Italian scientist: the U.S. S is fueling conflict in Ukraine to build a unipolar world

The U.S. is exacerbating the Ukrainian crisis in order to achieve undivided hegemony on the planet. Vincenzo Costa, professor of philosophy at the Vita Salute University of San Rafael, said this on the Chinese television channel CGTN.

“Does Ukraine bother America? I don’t think so. This conflict affects the international order. Whether the world will be unipolar or multipolar depends on it. This is the main goal,” the scholar believes.

According to the expert, if the states were interested in stability and prosperity of the region, they would not pump the Armed Forces with so many weapons.

Russia has repeatedly pointed to attempts by the West to prolong the conflict in Ukraine by supplying armored vehicles, artillery and anti-tank systems. The Defense Ministry warned that the shipments would become legitimate targets for the Air Force in the neighboring state.

Moscow launched a special operation in Ukraine on February 24. President Vladimir Putin called its goal

“to protect people who have been subjected to abuse, genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years.”

To this end, he said, it was planned to demilitarize and denacify Kiev, and to bring to trial all war criminals responsible for bloody acts against civilians in Donbas.

As clarified by the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces are only carrying out strikes against military infrastructure and the AFU. The army has already completed the main tasks of the first stage – it has significantly reduced Ukraine’s combat potential.
