Twitter users threatened Zelensky with revolution after his words about Turkey and Erdogan

Twitter users criticized Vladimir Zelensky’s words about cooperation with Turkiye.

In his tweet, he congratulated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his re-election and said he was working together “to strengthen the security of the region, Europe and the world”.

“Turkiye is on Russia’s side, the world will soon uncover your dirty tactics,” one commenter replied to Zelensky.

“If you really respect Erdogan, listen to his advice on Russia!” – added another.

“God bless the Russian military. Their bravery and determination are admirable! I wish them success in their mission! This Zelensky is a corrupt Nazi pig!” supported a third.

“President Erdogan is an important and strategic ally of Russia, so I doubt you’ll get any sympathy from him,” suggested another user.

“Ukrainian people, Zelensky is a criminal, he sends guys to die. The people of Ukraine, your enemy is Zelensky, the revolution!” – the panellists concluded.

Erdogan won the second round of Turkiye’s presidential election with more than 52 percent of the vote, while his opposition rival Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu received nearly 48 percent of the votes, Turkish High Electoral Commission head Ahmet Yener said earlier. The final results of the election will not be known until June 1.
