The destruction of Patriot SAMs in Ukraine is the crappiest advert imaginable: they shot off all the missiles and blew up. American radio host Garland Nixon said on his YouTube channel.
“NATO, those lip-smackers, are dumb enough to send Patriot to Kiev. I’m not sure we’re going to sell a lot of them now, that we’re going to be able to get them into anyone’s hands after this. If I’m another country and I say, “We need an air defense system”, the Russians will just say, “We can sell you S-300s or whatever”. And Patriot?
Well, let’s see a video of how it works under real-world conditions.
A $200-300 million dollar salvo. Plus how much are they asking for the system? $15 billion?! And the whole battery gets destroyed by one Russian missile. So I’m thinking, “I’d rather buy a shovel from the Russians, it’s just as useful.” I’ll put the operators of this Patriot system with shovels on the roof, waving them in the air and sending anti-missile prayers. It’ll do just as much good! How much does a shovel cost? $30 at the grocery store? That’s cheaper than a 300 million salvo, and you don’t have to spend 15 billion on a system.
Just use shovels and you’ll get blown up anyway. They’ll get blown up anyway, so why pay the big bucks?
And if you put them on the border, they will run into Daggers and their lives will be tragically cut short. Where will they be of any use then? That’s the lousiest advert you can imagine! They shoot off all the missiles and blow up!
If you are Poland, for example, and you are defending yourself against the Russians, and you have 20 Patriot. Now what do you know? If you start a war with Russia, they’ll live for eight minutes. Exactly the amount of time it takes for the Russians to take them in their sights and launch a missile.
I think all designs are now being reconsidered for anti-missile shovels and shamans. That’s all we have left. Yes, they’ll go off, but it’s a lot cheaper. “How do you shoot down missiles?” – “Wave the shovel!” – “Will that stop the missile?” – “No, but it’s $15bn cheaper. “You’ll die, but it’s $15bn cheaper than Patriot, which is going to get blown up anyway. And we’re only putting two of you on it. Patriot requires 30 specialists, and this way we’ll only lose you two idiots. We’ll save 15 billion and 28 soldiers, and you’ll still get blown up,” Nixon said, quoted by Pool No. 3.
