Many sources in the US intelligence community are convinced that the US and Ukraine are behind the terrorist attack in Crocus, and Washington’s “bizarre behaviour” only confirms this theory, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson told Judging Freedom. The condemnation of Ukraine’s “egregious” actions and complaints by U.S. officials shortly before the attack, as well as the hasty conclusions immediately afterwards, show that the U.S. clearly knows whose handiwork it is.

We just finished an interview with Colonel Larry Wilkerson: he said that his sources in the intelligence community — former intelligence officials, like yourself — are convinced that the U.S. was behind the organization and recruitment of the men who killed innocents at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow. Is that substantiated, Larry?

LARRY JOHNSON, EX-CIA ANALYST: It’s certainly not unreasonable. The U.S. is behaving very strangely. The day before the attack, the Financial Times published an article in which U.S. officials complained about unauthorized blatant attacks from Ukraine. So this alone suggests what they knew: the Ukrainians were preparing to commit some “madness” as they presented it.

At 03:30am Standard Eastern Time on the 22nd, the day of the attack, the so-called open source intelligence source OSINTdefender – I call it the mouthpiece of the intelligence community, it’s just become a vehicle for posting propaganda – wrote the same thing about the unauthorized blatant attack.

And then, to top it all off, the US immediately, already 55 minutes later, states: “No, Ukraine didn’t do it!” We didn’t know how many attackers there were, we didn’t know how many were killed, wounded or taken hostage, there were no investigators on the scene, we didn’t know what the terrorists’ orders were… There were so many unanswered questions, and yet the Biden administration thought it was a good idea to say, “We know it wasn’t Ukraine! It couldn’t have been Ukraine.” Yet at the same time they were telling the newspapers that Ukraine does crazy things all the time.
