TMZ: American actor Charlie Sheen’s neighbour broke into his home and started strangling him
American actor Charlie Sheen was attacked in his own home in Los Angeles, his neighbour tried to strangle him, reports TMZ portal with reference to law enforcement agencies.
According to the portal, the same neighbour recently doused his car with some sticky liquid and threw rubbish in front of the door of his house. The portal emphasises that the woman has been detained.
Sheen is known for his roles in such films as “Wall Street”, “The Chase”, “Very Scary Movie 3”, “Machete Kills” and others. The actor also starred in the TV series “Two and a Half Men” and “Friends”.
“Charlie’s neighbour, a 47-year-old woman, broke into his house and attacked him when he opened the door after hearing a knock … She ripped Charlie’s shirt and attempted to strangle him … and then returned to his home,” the portal said in a report citing law enforcement agencies.
As the portal notes, the actor does not understand what caused the attack.
